This product is made with authentic crystals and either 100% bare copper or 100% tarnish resistant copper. Everything is made by hand from Devine a.k.a Ahya. Items are also naturally cleansed by water, sun, moon, sage or, Palo santos. Thank you for your patience in your items creation.

There are no refunds or returns on Crystal and Copper items as copper and crystals absorb one’s energies and make them not re-sellable. I am a protector of energy. If any item needs repairs, that can be arranged, and one way of shipping is on the client. Free repairs if the issue was with construction of product. If repair is needed based on client wear and tear a fee will be required.

SHIPPING INFO
All items will be shipped FedEx two-day mailer. If your item is bigger than that, I will alert you to the increased shipping cost. Premade items ship within 1-3 business days, and custom orders can take up to two- six weeks per item. Clients are responsible for shipping. All shipping is for clients to pay unless your order exceeds $500.00. Please make sure you provide proper shipping information. Any items lost or damaged because of wrong address will not be replaced by Divine Waterz, Ancient Elementz, or any affiliation.
