RETURN & REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds Crystal and Copper items as copper and crystals absorb one’s energies and make them not re-sellable. I am a protector of energy. If any item needs repairs, that can be arranged, and one way of shipping is on the client. Free repairs if the issue was with construction of product. If repair is needed based on client wear and tear a fee will be required.
SHIPPING INFO
All items will be shipped FedEx two-day mailer. If your item is bigger than that, I will alert you to the increased shipping cost. Premade items ship within 1-3 business days, and custom orders can take up to two- six weeks per item. Clients are responsible for shipping. All shipping is for clients to pay unless your order exceeds $500.00.
